Here is a quote from the press release they sent me:
"Indeed LLC announced today the launch of Indeed.com, a search engine for jobs offering job seekers free access to millions of employment opportunities across the Web. In beta since November 2004, Indeed.com includes all the job listings from over 500 websites - job boards, the top 200 newspapers, hundreds of associations and company career pages."
I tried it out and it looks good to me!
