FyberSearch has brought back a great advanced feature that became extinct (to our knowledge) after Yahoo acquired Altavista in 2004. From the help searching page:
Use the "Proximity Search" feature to require that each word in your search query be X words apart where X is the number you select. Specifying 1 words apart would be exactly the same as searching for a phrase. Specifying 2 words apart would require that each page contain the words you searched for with one word inbetween each word. You can use this feature from the advanced page or directly from the search box.
